Product Marketing Manager (w/m/d)

Berlin
Full-time
Permanent employee

Hello there, people at Telus Health are happy to greet you

TELUS Health supports the total health and well-being of over 35 million lives worldwide. We empower healthier, happier, and more productive employees by combining our award-winning Employee Assistance Program with proactive wellness solutions in a digital ecosystem that helps them prevent and manage issues in family, health, life, money, and work.

In Berlin, we at TELUS Health Engage are creating the future of digital health products: a mobile health and wellbeing companion, to help support the physical and mental wellbeing of individuals globally. We work with employers and health insurance providers to reach as many people as possible.

We're now looking for a Product Marketing Manager (w/m/d) to join our team in Berlin.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days in the office.

Your mission in a nutshell:

You will bridge the gap between our Engineering and Revenue teams. You will take full ownership of how our products are positioned, communicated, and presented – including hands-on execution of all relevant marketing materials. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for design, good marketing experience and an understanding of how to position our products to customers.

How you will spend your time:

  • Create high-quality pitch decks, sales presentations, one-pagers, and other client-facing materials that clearly communicate product value
  • Turn product updates and feature information into clear visual stories for existing and prospective clients
  • Own and maintain the product catalogue and supporting collateral used by Sales and Customer Success
  • Develop landing pages, LinkedIn content, newsletters, and other marketing assets to support product communication and campaigns
  • Refine product positioning and messaging so it is clear, relevant, and consistent across channels
  • Gather input from Sales, Partnerships, and clients, and turn that feedback into actionable recommendations for product and messaging
  • Act as the link between Product and Revenue teams to ensure launches, updates, and materials are aligned and usable

What you should bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing design, content design, or a similar role
  • Strong design skills, with the ability to independently create polished slide decks, pitch decks, landing pages, and other visual marketing assets
  • Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex product information into clear, compelling narratives for a diverse audience
  • Solid marketing knowledge and a good understanding of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market basics
  • German at C2.2 level and fluent business English
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva or similar
Nice to have
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and engineering / product teams
  • Good AI Skillset
  • Background in SaaS, marketplaces, or digital products
