We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (w/m/d) to join our Sales Team in Berlin.


This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days in the office.


Your mission in a nutshell:


Drive the early stages of our sales funnel by qualifying inbound leads quickly, converting MQLs to SQLs within 24 hours, and building a healthy pipeline together with our marketing and sales teams.

How you will spend your time:

  • Qualify inbound MQLs and ensure fast handover to the right account executive — targeting same-day or next-day follow-up so no opportunity is lost

  • Reach out to new leads from inbound interest, events, and marketing campaigns, and attend events to initiate follow-up and next steps

  • Build relationships with prospects through calls, emails, conferences and online demos — understanding their needs and positioning our solutions accordingly

  • Research potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and develop personalised outreach strategies

  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM (Hubspot) — logging all interactions accurately and keeping the pipeline clean and actionable

  • Share lead quality feedback and insights with marketing to continuously improve the lead generation process

  • Provide regular pipeline and performance updates to senior leadership

What you should bring to the table:

  • Proven track record in sales development or a similar role, with a strong focus on lead qualification and fast MQL-to-SQL handover

  • Experience managing high-volume outbound calls and emails, with the ability to engage prospects quickly and effectively

  • Strong Hubspot (or comparable CRM) proficiency — you can track, manage, and action your leads without missing a beat

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German & English; additional languages are a plus

  • Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs

  • Experience in EAP, health insurance, or group benefits is a plus, but not required

You will be successful in your role after 6 months, if:


  • You are consistently converting MQLs to SQLs within 24 hours and have built a reliable, high-quality pipeline that the sales team trusts

  • You are meeting or exceeding your monthly KPIs and have established a strong working relationship with both the sales and marketing teams

  • Your Salesforce data is always accurate and up to date, and your feedback is actively shaping how marketing generates and qualifies leads

Interview process

If your application progresses positively, you will be invited to participate in our hiring process, which includes the following stages:

  • Recruiter Interview (45 min)

  • Hiring Manager Interview (60 min)

  • Final Interview incl. role-play / case study (90 mins)

Please note: our offices close over the Christmas and New Year period for approximately two weeks. We gift the 24th and 31st December as extra vacation days and any additional non-public holiday days during this time will be taken from your annual leave.
